WELCOME TO KAPRIJE!

Kaprije is an island in the Croatian part of Adriatic Sea. It is situated in Šibenik archipelago. It has area of 7.11 km2 and population around 150 inhabitants. They are traditionally engaged in agriculture and fishing, but are also ell-known seamen.

In the recent times tourism on the island has been developing more and more.

The bay of Kaprije is situated at the southwest part of the island and is protected from the winds and gives shelter for many boats and sailors in the summer.

On the island, there is a small market (all basic staff), post office, ATM, dive center and some restaurants. There is also a small health center.

We are giving in to rental two apartments which are part of an old stone house and were completely renovated in 2014. House is situated 250 m from the port, a little bit on the hill, and has a nice view on the old town and harbor. There are separate entrances for apartments even from different sides of the house, so you do not have any interactions with other visitors.

When you will arrive on the island there will always be someone to welcome you and to show you around the house and give you some tips. We also have arrangement with the locals to help you out with anything, and they will be more than happy to do that. Across the street there is one local women – Marija and she has may stories to tell especially about the history of the island.
